999bet Terms and Conditions

This document serves as the foundation of the agreement between the 999bet platform and its users. 999bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the website, mobile application, and any other associated digital channels of 999bet.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on our platform, you are considered to have read these terms and conditions in full and agreed to abide by them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh, and Bangladeshi courts will have jurisdiction over any disputes. For more information about our organisation, please visit our About Us page.

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 999bet website, mobile app, and all associated digital channels.
• "User" refers to the person who has registered on the 999bet platform and is using the service.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile created in the user's name.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of money in the user's account, including both deposited funds and winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to incentive funds awarded by 999bet that cannot be withdrawn before the relevant wagering requirements have been met.
• "Wagering" refers to the total amount that must be bet before a bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the identity verification process, in which the user must submit a National ID card or equivalent document.
• "Net Loss" refers to the negative amount remaining after total winnings are subtracted from total losses over a given period.

Each user must create an account to use the services on the 999bet platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, true, and accurate. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds in that account.

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and all associated bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Information Required for Registration

• Full name (as on National ID card)
• Active mobile number
• Email address
• Date of birth (used to verify age)
• Preferred payment method details

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before making a withdrawal or carrying out transactions above a certain amount, 999bet may ask the user to complete identity verification. The KYC process may require submission of a copy of a National ID card, passport, or driving licence.

Users must be 21 years of age or older to use 999bet. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

Providing false information about age will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds in it. 999bet takes all necessary steps to protect minors from gaming.

In addition, citizens of countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited are not eligible to use 999bet. Users are responsible for confirming that using this service is legally permitted from their location.

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials such as username and password must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, 999bet support must be contacted immediately.
• A strong password should be used and changed regularly.
• Always log out after using a public device or Wi-Fi.
• Allowing any third party to operate the account is prohibited.

Accessing an account using another person's login credentials is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

Payments available in Bangladesh can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on the 999bet platform. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

6.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

6.2 Withdrawal Terms

On withdrawal, funds will be sent to the payment details registered to the user's account. The name on the account must match the name on the payment method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be approved.

The relevant wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been completed.

6.3 Transaction Review

999bet reserves the right to review any unusual or suspicious transaction. Additional verification documents may be requested if needed, and the transaction may be temporarily held during that time.

Various bonuses and promotions are offered at 999bet. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming the bonus.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — the wagering requirement on this bonus will be ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

7.2 Other Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to read the specific terms of any bonus carefully before claiming it.
• If multiple accounts are used to take advantage of promotional offers, all bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts will be closed.
• 999bet reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All users must follow the restrictions below while using the platform:

• Harassing, offensive, or disrespectful behaviour towards other users is prohibited.
• If any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform is identified, it must be reported to support immediately; exploiting such an opportunity for personal gain is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, or any type of automation tool to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account is prohibited.

Various types of games are available on the 999bet platform, including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is determined by the game provider's own software. 999bet does not alter or control game outcomes. Game results are determined entirely at random by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

For sports betting, odds displayed before a match starts may change. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical issue, 999bet reserves the right to cancel it.

999bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent behaviour or account manipulation is found.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• Exploiting a technical vulnerability.
• If an attempt at money laundering on the platform is detected.
• If the user requests closure of the account themselves.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure and no breach of the rules has occurred, the necessary process will be carried out to return those funds.

999bet treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. All data collected during registration and while using the service is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

999bet is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own decisions.
• Losses on a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Problems caused by third-party software or devices.
• Unexpected technical disruptions outside the platform's control.

If a user continues to use the platform after the updated terms take effect, they will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If any user does not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and contact support.
